D&J's Drive-Thru Macmillan Coffee Morning
Friday 24th September was the worlds biggest coffee morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. Macmillan is one of Britain’s biggest charities, their aim is to provide emotional, physical and financial support from the moment someone is diagnosed.
To ensure Team D&J as well as our customers could take part whilst on the go, we held a Drive-Thru Coffee Morning where we served tea, coffee, cake and sausage rolls all day. This proved a welcome treat for our customers that had been labouring all day as well as their colleges when they brought the tea and cake round back to site!
In total we raised £120.00 for Macmillan Cancer Support. Thank you to all those that showed their support and helped us raise awareness.
